gutted girls.... false alarm!!! :(

i posted earlier to say that i thought that my waters had gone, had no pains,but knew that could mean nothing. so went up to the hospital at half 5 only to be told there was nothing! not only had my waters not gone, but when i asked the midwife to do a sweep (whilst she was down there!!), she tried, but my cervix was that far back she couldn't do it!!! in short, this baby girl isn't coming any time soon!! they said that it was either alot of discharge or wee. (so not only am i not in labour, but i am now randomly wetting myself in public so it would seem!!)

I know baby will come when she's ready, and i know that i should make the most of my last baby free days and full nights sleeps, but i'm so ready for her!!! i really thought things had started!! SOOO GUTTED!!!

i also feel really dumb, cause OH had to come out of work, and i'd txt everyone saying 'i think this is it!', only to now have to go and say 'nope, just did a wee!!'

maaaan this sucks!!!!

Awww that sucks!! I'm sorry hun! I know that I will do the same thing. I always joke that at 38 weeks people are probably going to start getting daily text messages from me saying "okay this it!!". The good news is that it really wont be too much longer now. xx

She can't stay in there much longer don't feel silly, i think I went into labour at least once a week from 36 weeks with my daughter

they wont induce me until a week on friday..... i could be in for a long arse wait!!! (i know a week and 2 days isn't long but it feels like forever!!)

Thanks for the messages girls.... just eating a maaaajorly hot curry..... i think i may start to resemble a chilli by the time she arrives!!! ha ha. xx

Aww sorry about your false alarm! She'll be here soon enough! Maybe try going for a long walk, having with your OH or something!
