Had a bump :-(

Was leaving supermarket, pushing trolley, when someone was walking straight at me. I swerved trolley left, but didn't realise there was a post there. Trolley banged into post and then trolley handle banged into my bump. It hurt.
I spoke to my midwife who said I should go get checked out if it gets worse or I bleed, cause I'm rheseus neg, but so far it's just really aching.
