Had a dream about mc :(

Since the night before the day I found out I was pregnant, I've been having pregnancy dreams. Never about the baby, just about being pregnant. Usually they're about me smoking, having sex (which I can't do due to my SCH) drinking alcohol or caffine while pregnant, and then realizing "oh wait I can't do this, I'm pregnant!" Well last night I had a dream that I was bleeding heavily and kept filling up pads with blood and I assumed I was having a mc. I remember thinking, in my dream, that I also could have been just bleeding out my SCH and the mc was never confirmed. I can't wait until my prenatal appt tomorrow... My biggest wish is that they do an ultrasound and they can find a heartbeat, and my SCH and uti are smaller or gone. Hoping, praying, wishing for good news. XXXX

I keep having the 'left my baby somewhere hours ago and can't remember where' dreams... not a fan I hope you get all the news you want tomorrow and are able to relax!

I keep having dreams where I'm wanting to go clubbing and drinking but I don't know why cos I haven't had any interest in going out drinking for over a year lol

Same here. I had one the other night where I was drinking red wine, and I hate wine! Not to mention the thought of any alcohol right now gets me gagging.

This happened to me from even before finding out I was pregnant.
I kept dreaming of taking a pregnancy test and it being positive. Then after I got my positive test in real life I started dreaming of being 6 weeks pregnant and not being sick but being in the ER for something (I think for cramps and bleeding) and I was stuck in a room with a girl who kept talking about killing people. I also had dreams I was about to tell my parents about being pregnant but I kept getting scared. I too had dreams of miscarrying. I probably have had at least 3 dreams of it. One night I had a dream I was bleeding because of my SCH and I thought it was a miscarriage but like you, it wasn't confirmed, I just woke up.

Well, the scary thing is when I did go to the ER in my 6th week for cramping I was near a girl who kept saying she thought people were gonna kill her. It's like my dream came true.

My SCH has disappeared and I never bled it out so don't think just because you haven't bled that it's still there because it could've dissolved on its own. It seems like you're scared of hurting your baby subconsciously which is normal. I went to the ER a week ago and just last night I had a dream I had a baby girl. So now that I know things are fine I'm dreaming good dreams. That may happen for you too.
