Had a horrific last few days ...dont know what to do

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice or if anyone has been through anything similar to this. Basicly my last period was 19th July and had just come off the pill. Cycles used to be quite long and irregular.
Found i was pregnant two weeks ago and because ive had a previous ectopic before (tube removed) they have been doing blood tests and scans. So far all they can see is a very small tiny possible gestational sac in the womb. This doesnt completely rule out another ectopic as my hcg levels have been slow rising aswell. I was then rushed to hospital on tuesday ( only got out yesterday) as had really bad back ache and slight light bleeding. Last week i had brown discharge aswell. So anyway been lying in hospital, talks of having a laproscomy done and was scared to deaf as im only 23 and the thought of having no tubes and going onto ivf is quite scary. They sent me home as the pain eased off and booked me into a scan in ten days time, but now im back home with back ache and started to spot red blood ! it keeps coming on and off mostly when im stretching or doing something. What shall i think or do ? Is this a miscarriage ? surely it would be heavier or is this the start ? ive never had one before so dont know what to expect. My hcg levels are about 2000 now. I never had this with my son, no bleeding or anything...

if anyone could share any light on this i would be most grateful

I'm sorry to hear what you are going thru, but i really think that your best option is to contact your drs / gp again and go to see them asap.

It may not be a m/c. but in saying that i have had a crazy mc where my body kept giving me signs it was going to end bleeding, back ache like i was in labour yet my leveles were good. i had a scan at 6 weeks everything was fine at 7 weeks the bleeding (brown/pink discharge) and pain increased again. got another scan that night all was good. two days later i was bleeding red and had the most painful mc i have ever had. it took 3 weeks for my hormones to drop.

i hope it not a mc as alot of people have spotting in pregnancy and the pain could be ligaments stretching in your spine from the hormones. i hope everything works out well.

just so you know that after that mc i went on to have a beautiful dd who is now 9

no advice hun, as my MC in june was unexpected, no pains, just started bleeding heavily then passed baby next day.
