Hi ladies

had a sweep this morning & since then nothing has happened

Anybody else had a sweep & felt nothing but gone into labour with in 48 hours??

With my last baby I had a sweep at 38 weeks and nothing at all until 39+5 when my waters broke

I had a sweep with my little boy at 39 weeks and went in to labour 24hrs later x

I had a sweep this morning as well! But same as you, so far nothing...

I had a sweep at 2pm on the 4th May. I went into labour at 6am ish on 5th May and he was here by 11:50am!

Ooh me too, had one this afternoon and same due date, and nothing yet

With my LO I had a sweep at 40+6, felt absolutely fine and was sure it didn't work until my waters broke the following morning (less than 24 hours later). My LO was born 6.5 hours after waters going! Good luck xx

I went into labour just a few hours after my sweep with my daughter. I have just been booked in for another at 39 weeks so hoping it works again. Good luck! I hope things work out for you. Let us know x

I had my sweep today as well. I did have light spotting and some mucus icky discharge...but nothing really as far as contractions

LOL yay I sure hope that the sweep works for us! Im not getting anymore goo, but little miss is sitting VERY low and having back pain and the odd contraction. to all you ladies I sure hope it works for at least ONE of us lol

I went into labor about 10-12 hours after my sweep.
