Had my baby Cynthia :) very traumatic birth :(

Just popping on quickly to say I had my baby. Born 2nd Sept weighing 7.11 she's beautiful and born with a thick head of black hair!
Was in labour for 3 days and nights and arrived at the hospital 4cm and stayed that way for almost 18 hours.
Pushed for nearly 3 hours but ended up having forceps and was rushed straight to theatre with 3rd degree tear so didn't get to see her for 2.5 hours almost
I lost 3 litres of blood so had to have an emergency transfusion.
I have to say it was the most terrifying experience of my life
But she's here now and she's absolutely gorgeous.
I will write up a proper birth story soon as possible with a pic, I'm just so shaky at the minute plus so dizzy as i'm on 7 different medications.
I do believe the wrong decision was made though to use the forceps and I think afterwards, the doctors realised that aswel.

It sounds like you had an awful experience. I'm so sorry for that. I'm glad you're ok and hopefully on the mend. Glad baby is well and good luck being a new mummy. I hope you're not in too much pain.
