I'm really happy with how it went, I have high blood pressure and have been on meds since I had my daughter 3 years ago but was put on labetalol at he beginning of this pregnancy. I had been having dizzy spells so doctor dropped my dose as my BP was to low. Heard baby had my BP taken and urine checked all really good. Saw the consultant and a high blood pressure and kidney specialist he's really happy and doesn't need to see me again and has dropped my dose as I still get dizzy and BP is low. I have been told if I stay as I am I will be allowed to go naturally into labour which is my biggest hope but I know if the BP goes up or anything worse I will be induced but I'm happy with that! I have to have scans at 28, 32, 36 weeks to check growth as apparently BP meds can make baby smaller but we will see. Sorry for the long post I'm just relieved and happy! And i have my private gender scan tomorrow 😊x x
