had the sweep twelve hours ago, monthly type pains and tightenings in pelvis??

ok. i had my sweep 12 hours ago. i am 4 days overdue. had my sweep at 4.30pm yesterday. i am nearly 3cm dilated, fully engaged and nearly fully effaced (she said i had a cm to go). it is now 4.55 am and i have been having monthly type pains in my back since about 7 last night and theyre still going! i do get the occassional tightening in my pelvis, but NO contractions in my tummy what so ever... could this be labour? i have also been having watery discharge since about 9 or 10 last night (which i have never had before) but it is definately not my waters...

my waters broke on their own at 3pm yesterday and started having really strong contractions through the night. however.... they have now stopped, i'm gutted!
hope you both get lucky today
