Had to repay NHS maternity??

Has anyone been in this situation?

I'm trying to find out info on installments and timescales as may have the chance of another job with much more child friendly hours but HR were very unspecific saying they would come to a mutual arrangement with me once I hand in my notice - however I'd like to have a roudh idea before I actually hand in my notice!!

Didnt want to read and run, I think if you to go back to work for three months with the NHS then u do not have to pay maternity pay back, dont know if this would be a better option for rather than paying everything back, especially if the new job is open for u to start whenever?

Also if ure going to another job within the NHS then u wouldnt have to pay it back either. Sorry if you already knew all this info x

Yeah, it's 3 months or you need to pay it allll back minus smp.
