....Through putting my tree up :happydance:

im jellous too LOL! I sooo want to put mine up but I think my family & neighbours will think ive gone nuts. I sooo cant wait to put it up though x

 And I thought I was early last year

Mine already think I am Jenny, so that is not an issue. :haha:

It isn't too early, only 49 days!!

we're going to do a real tree so should probably wait a few more weeks ;)

I'm also originally from the States so I usually prefer to get Thanksgiving out of the way first

I like to get Halloween and Bonfire night out of the way... which is all done! Now I just need to buy some decorations

A Christmas tree at Thanks Giving is perfectly acceptable :winkwink:

I wanted a real tree last year, but I like control of which way the branches go so they are not really for me :haha:

YAY Lea, join me.

AL you know you want to too!! :flower:

I considered getting a real tree once until I actually saw them up close and realised they are all uneven and wonky.. and I'd have to trim the branches down to make it look like I wanted.. Then I decided its just easier to pay a bit more for a nice fake one and have it last a few years :D

I'm going to do it next weekend, we have a few more decorations to buy yet and no money until payday :( boo

 I guess I don't care much about the shape. The one we had last year was really full and pretty and smelled great  we may get one the weekend before the US Thanksgiving this year, depending on if they have them out (it's the weekend we happen to be renting a car ;))

They do smell nice, don't they drop their needles everywhere though? Not sure how well that would go down with a 2 year old who army crawls every where... they might get embedded in her poor elbows :( Plus the cat would try to eat it

they do drop them in the general vicinity though we found after a couple of days it got to be less and less. I swept around it once a day and that kept it in check. I have two cats and they didn't really bother it (much to my surprise )

Doesn't sound too bad then! I might get one, one year. Not sure how OH would react though, she loves the one we have now!

LOL, that is the control freak in my Vickie. Sounds like a good plan, and only two weeks to go. :happydance:

Yea it would probably hurt Tegan's arms and the cats mouth/belly. :(

:happydance::happydance::happydance: mine is going up in 6 days time I cant wait :happydance::happydance: Do we get to see pics :flower:
