Hard painful tummy

Just below my stomach I feel like I've got period pains, and it's really really hard in the middle if I press on it. Is this normal?

Strangely enough I feel like I've had period pains too. Sorry to ask a personal question but have you been to the loo because I think this is what mine has been!

i am 10 weeks and i felt like i had had period pains in the morning..
but now i feel like my tummy is stretching it feels like my muscle is sore..
but i guess it is really normal and there is nothing to worry about..

Drink 6-8 glasses of water. If it doesnt go away then call L&D.. The thing is hardness is a sign of a contracting uterus. Im sure all is well though hugs
