Has anybody ever had spotting with diarrhea?

I have been having diarrhea tonight with spotting at the same time.
I've had this before, but this time I'm on edge.

AF is late. yesterday however on a Crystal Clear brand test. You're supposed to pee directly onto the stick, and I peed into a cup and dunked the stick in the pee for 10 seconds instead.
But past few days, almost everything I eat has been making me feel nauseous, I've been gassy, having hot flushes, dizziness, fatigue, shooting between irritable and tears, sore boobs, today and yesterday I've had pounding headaches.

I'm fairly certain I ovulated on Thursday 19th April. BUT, if I didn't, the latest I could have ovulated, going on all other signs and the fact my boobs ALWAYS without fail start aching 1-2 days after I O, the latest I could have O'd was on the Saturday, 21st.
BUT.... my luteal phase is 13 days. So AF should be here by now. So either way I'm still LATE.
And I've still got the other symptoms I mentioned already. But now I have diarrhoea with spotting. And it was ONLY whilst I was pooping, I've checked numerous times since pooping and nothing.
So now I'm just at a loss.
And I feel my headache coming back.

Slightly more spotting tonight when I've been to the toilet, but nothing more.
I thought periods were coming as the spotting was slightly more red than last night, but nothing more has happened. Will have to wait until tomorrow.


ALSO.... another splitting headache today. Was at Pony Club doing photography, got to about 4pm and I was almost sick several times. Got home and slept for about 6 hours.

Have you tested again? Maybe with a early response test?

I get diahorrea when I get AF along with spotting! Hormone changes cause an upset stomach! So could be a or the start of AF!!

Well thats the thing, I never get diarrhoea with AF, it just doesn't happen. I'm now onto day 3 of spotting, but no actual flow yet. Waiting to see what today brings me.
If a flow finally comes today, then its AF of course.
If no flow comes today, a test with FMU in the morning will be the on tomorrows agenda. I'm really hoping this is it!!!


The weirdest part on top of it is these headaches. I always, without fail get a headache on day 1 of AF being here. And the headache stays until AF goes away.
I have the headache, but not the bleeding. Its just been really minor spotting when I pee.

Still going to attend my "infertility specialist" appointment today, just in case. As I don't want to push that back just in case this isn't it and I have to wait another 4 months for an appointment.

Nope, the flow came.
Its over for another cycle.
I hate this, I really hate it.

I'm fairly certain if there IS a God, that he hates me.
I feel like a failure every damn cycle and I just am having difficulty handling it anymore.
Especially when I felt so much like it had happened this time. I'm broken hearted right now, and just so close to crying.

My hubby and I haven been TTC for about 6 months now, with no luck, so we sat down and had a long talk about waiting and then trying again in 6 months or so. This gives us more time to enjoy the LO we already have and get in a better financial position.

For the past week I've had mild diarrhea and a few days ago, about two days before AF was due, I had very light spotting and it lasted for less than 24 hours.

Other than my bizarre spotting episode and the diarrhea, I feel fine except for heartburn when I lay down. My period still hasn't arrived, and it's now 5 days late.

I guess I'm just trying to ask, in a long drawn out way, what you guys think? Can it just be a funky month for me, or do I have a LO on the way?
