Has anyone else experienced...

    Trapped wind??

    It really hurts!!! :cry:

    And is there anything that can help it move??

    Havent experienced that since I had an op a few years ago, I think they said peppermint helps with trapped wind, cant really remember now, sorry cant help much more than that.....

    I remember now.. As soon as I read the word peppermint I was like Ooooooh yeeeeah!!!

    One to many samosa's I think.. But they were worth it!!!

    I have and it hurts sooo bad! Feel sorry for you hun. I've had it so bad I couldn't move :( I don't know any cures.. But big hugs!! It will pass xx

    It is really painful isn't it.. I know it passes but feels like it takes forever to pass!!

    Sorry if TMI but I'm sitting here tryna fart

    And they say pregnancy is a beautiful thing...HA .. Methinks they lied :rofl:

    I had that just this morning,
    I had to take a long nap because I didn't want to be awake feeling like that.
    It passes eventually,
    not as fast as we'd like it to pass though ha.

    I get Adult colic and its worse while im pregnant.. i try and stay clear of Garlic and onion.. eating LESS green veges etc anything that causes gas.. the tablets i used to take i can't while im pregnant but i have sitting and squating techniques to move the wind.. and peppermint tea.. its really bad.. no wonders babys scream when they get it :(

    Laying on your back and bringing your knees up (as much as you can with a belly!) up to your chest, and gently rocking side to side is supposed to help.
