Has anyone else uploaded their '3d' scan dvd onto the likes of youtube

I really wanna put mine up but when i copy it onto my computer it copys into one file but has 6 files alltogether, so when i try & upload something onto youtube you can only upload 1 file.

I know theres a way around it but im crap with that side of things!!!
