has anyone felt a pinching feeling in their stomach?

I am currently having a pinching feeling in my stomach , not my uterus (thankfully) I'm just wondering if this is maybe a symptom? Or it could just be me. I'm eating something now hoping it'll subside

Never heard of it before, but who knows, pregnancy can do strange things to your body! Feel like mine is falling apart today! Lol

I think it was maybe just gas or hunger. I ate and it went away. Who knows lol!
