Has anyone fought PCT for IVF?

Just curious whether anyone has done this? My local PCT stop any fertility treatment at 35 against NICE guidelines and to be honest I really don’t think it is fair to be discrimated against and so am about to start a battle with them. I know there have been a few in the press who have done this and really why shouldn’t we stand up for our rights and not succumb to the postcode lottery that it is in the UK.
If anyone has any experiences I would love to hear x

I haven't won...
I recently sent a letter requesting funding to my PCT and they have basically said no... BUT they did say in a few months the age limit would probably be lowered to 23...

Basically I'm 26, I'm a LTTTC'er, done all the meds I can including injectables, had lap/hysteroscopy & ovarian drilling, Hycosy etc...

I'm now going to do egg sharing. I have made an appointment with my GP to explain what's going on in a few months regarding IVF... And hopefully sort something for when these changes happen as I know they're dropping the PCTs or something...
