has anyone had the cervical stitch whilst spotting?

i was just curious if nybody has had a cervical stitch whilst spotting in pregnancy XXX

iv personally never heard of cervical stitching for spotting in pregnancy as spotting in pregnancy is quite normal but i do know of friends who have had a cervical stitch for premature cervical dilation, sorry i couldn't be of any more help huns, is there a reason u ask this question huns is it effecting u in a pregnancy to come?? xx

Do you mean a cerclage, the one they put in for incompetent cervix? I was spotting when I had the first one put in, but that was at 16 weeks when they diagnosed me, I was lucky the u/s tech found it on my ultrasound! Now my son is hh 11 years old! So yeah, it can be done...
