Has anyone just known how long it will take them to conceive?

When we decided to start ttc I just had this time scale pop into my head. It hasn't come true yet though of course because I am still waiting for a sticky . I didn't understand at first why I was convinced I would get a the first month and then a the next but I did and it's weird lol. Anyone else?
