I recently got "Yoga With Nerissa : Pregnancy & Childbirth" and I hate it. The woman's voice is SO annoying and really all you do is sit around and stretch. I didn't feel warm let alone sweaty! I definitely wouldn't get it again!!!

Maybe check with your local library - they may have some you can hire before buying? Or if you're with Love Film you could get a few to try?

Thanks - Thats a good idea to hire one :)

I don't think you're supposed to get sweaty during yoga (might be wrong though) it's just meant to tone muscles etc.

I feel too dizzy to do any "proper" exercisse, like on my stepper etc so thought Yoga might help me keep in shape a bit without having to get too hot & bothered.

I just did an internet search and found one up the road, but I live in a city and there were loads of options. or you could ask your midwife

Yes definitely, even if you get a DVD you can use the techniques to help you when you're feeling stressed.

I like the classes as I like someone to explain in my time what to do and love getting the chance to meet other ladies who are pregnant and discuss what we're going through.

I like that we get a nice 15 minute relaxation at the end and you can learn to use this technique once the baby is born. Apparently 30 minutes of this yoga sleep is equal to 2 hours deep sleep.
