Has the cambridge diet stopped your AF from arriving??

My AF cam back on 1st jan after 18 months, from having my LO and breastfeeding, and i though yay i can ttc in april as planned but its not returned this month, and i thought it may be because of the diet? anyone else have this problem? xx

I cant really answer your question hun, but I have been on the CD for 5 weeks, and my AF arrived 3 days early. I have heard that severe crash dieting could cause problems with AF, sometimes stopping them completely, but this was not specific to the Cambridge.

Nope mine was always bang on time didn't affect it at all
