Have i got a tummy bug and of so, how can i get rid of it?

since sat night ive had like a little tummy ache kind of a couple of inches above my belly button. its like mini cramos that keep coming and going but im not in agony. i havent been that hungry and when i 'go' (sorry for tmi) it a little hard.

is this a tummy bug? is it going around? xx
