Having coil removed.

I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong place - I'm pretty new to this site this time round.

I need to have my mirena coil removed so that I can TTC and I was wondering if anyone minded sharing their experiences about this?

It is absolutely fine. It's nothing like having it fitted. They ask you to cough and pull. I've had two coils removed and it's fine.
