The past few weeks I've had some major issues sleeping at night, which isn't helping the fact I'm already exhausted. I'm now taking like 2-3 hour naps every day because I am so tired. Besides the getting up 10 times to pee at night, I'm having super crazy dreams that are waking me up and can't seem to get comfortable. I'm only 8 weeks so kinda worried on how worse this will get when I actually have a belly.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions on getting some ZZZZZ's at night? I'm starting to get really frustrated by it :( I've tried taking baths before bed, reading, disconnecting from my iPhone so I'm not distracted, etc.

I have the same problem, I catch up on my sleep in the daytime. Its annoying, as soon as I do get to sleep at nite, time to hit the bathroom.

oh me too!
im having wierd dreams everynight, being pregnant is crazy :haha:
i also keep waking up every hour towards the morning for no reason at all. strange!

It is cruel isn't it? I am up at least twice a night I'd say to go to the bathroom. I don't expect this to ease up at all until baby is born. SO there are 2 big interruptions. Now for some reason also my cat has been going ape crazy at 4am in the morning every morning so that wakes me up. Plus my daughter has been sick with a fever so then she is the next to wake me up *yawn* and I work all day so no naps for me. I guess it's preparing you for what is to come :) Don't worry you can sleep through the night again when your kid is 4ish.

I was having crazy dreams last week, but this week I just cannot sleep well at all. I can't seem to get comfortable and toss and turn all nite. I don't have to get up and pee so much, but have been wondering if I should get up and try, then maybe I can sleep better. I am so tired during the day, you would think that I would crash out at nite. Hoping we all get a decent nite's sleep soon!

Thanks everyone, I'm glad (and not glad for your sakes that you're going through the same thing) that I'm not the only one!! Anyone know if this gets better in the 2nd trimester, or are we just doomed to sleepless nights?
