Has begun ridiculously early this year for me, I don’t normally get it until June time but I am sneezing my face off here, can you take anything for it whilst pregnant? xx

I went to boots the other day and spoke to the pharmacist who said the only thing I can use is Prevalin - it actually says on the box suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. It's not medication as such, but it's a nasal spray which helps to form a barrier. It says to use it as soon as you feel first symptoms, before the allergic reaction has fully developed. Haven't tried it yet, so can't comment on effectiveness.

I feel for you! I've been suffering too but every time I ask the pharmacist they say you can't take much.. I have been eating local honey, using saline nasal spray and Vicks vapour rub on a tissue. Also try a barrier cream under your nose. They did expensive ones in the shop but I just use plain vaseline lol x
