Is there anything we can actually take? I'm suffering so bad here it's driving me crazy! :nope:

The once a day tablets are generally considered safe (loratadine and cetirizine) in pregnancy. If you don't really want to take them, then you might try a saline nasal spray or a neti pot wash. I find the neti pot helps because it literally washes the allergens out of your nose so they aren't so irritating. Pollen is supposed to be really high here at the moment, so I think everyone is suffering.

Oh wow I never knew that they where safe! That's amazing to know thank you!

Most experts recommend not to take ANYthing unnecessarily for the first 12 weeks. They do recommend neti pots at any stage and medications only as a last resort. Yes, the medications listed above are supposed to be relatively safe.
