HCG levels

Hi ladies. I need some advice. I had my hcg levels done last wednesday and Friday. The doc called on Monday and said the levels were in the 300's on Wednesday and 700's on Friday so it looked good. He told me to go in again this Friday (today) to have another level pulled. I got my results from the test today directly from the lab and won't hear from my doc till Monday. The levels were 4784. I am a little worried because I excepted them to be higher. I put the info in an hcg calculator and it said they are doubling every 60 hours so I guess that's ok, right? I am 6 weeks today. I have had several miscarriages before and am just very worried.

Doubling every 60 hours at this stage is just fine. HCG doubling slows down the farther along you get. Mine slowed down just before six weeks, perfectly normal.

After the level reached 1,200 HCG no longer doubles every 48 hours. It takes between 72-96.

Ok. Thanks for the help. I did not know that they slowed down after 1200. That makes me feel better. It looks like the three of us are either due the same day or just days apart!!

I think your numbers look good

my first levels were 163, I had them taken three days later and they were in the mid 500s, and 4 days after that they were around 3800

Hey you are right, we are both 6 weeks and 1 day today!
