And I'm so bl88dy proud!! :winkwink:

The first 3 weeks he screamed for most of the lesson

The first lesson I thought it was because his skin was practically peeling off so that must have been painful (Luckily his skin has been great since he has his first chemical peel )

The second because I thought he was having a reaction to the chlorine

And the third because he seemed to be hot. The third lesson I was getting so stressed I just wanted to lob him in the pool and walk off. But I didn't of course! :dohh: :growlmad:

So I thought, ok Max, you've got one more chance.

And today he was a total dream. He never cried when I got him undressed or dressed and never cried throughout the whole lesson

I think it's because the water was a lot lot cooler this week. Max hates being hot and overheats really easily (just like his dad). I am now not so worried about taking him to the pool in Spain (which will be a lot cooler as it's heated by the sun). Just worried it'll be back to normal heat next week.

I was so proud of him today I could pop. I just wanted to reward him, but how do you reward an 11 week old?!

Proud mummy in the house!! :happydance:

Well done Max!

We're the opposite: Alex has hated swimming because it's been too cold (31 degrees!!). I have to leave a vest on underneath his body wrap but he still shivers!

Today was also the first day out of about 9 sessions that we've been to that he's actually enjoyed. He also reached out for the balls and splashed his arms about the whole time. I was so proud of him too! He didn't even cry after his submersions! Another proud mummy on here today!

xx
