He STTN but......

Evan is 10 weeks and usually sleeps 8-5 fed, then back to bed til 8.

Last night he went 8-8 but when I woke at 6 I realised the boiler had broken and it was 14 degrees in his room - I felt terrible thinking he was in a hibernation due to the cold!! He had on a vest, babygro and sleeping bag so I put a blanket over him as well. His hands were cold but can't cover them because he sucks his thumb but the back of his head was warm. He woke up smiley at 8......but I feel guilty as it was so cold over night ( and still is!!!)

I did the opposite last night accidentally left the heating on 25, I'd only put it up for 10 mins just to warm up the house as was chilly, but I forgot I did it, he slept for almost 8 hours straight so didnt realise til he woke up and wondered why the house was so hot. Felt so bad cos his back was sweaty, switched the heating right down and opened the windows to cool the room down.

I felt bad but it was an accident and he is fine, as is your boy. You have nothing to feel guilty about.
