Head just engaged but back to back, 35 weeks.

Had my midwives appointment this morning and babies head has just engaged but lying back to back. Will it be possible for baby to turn whilst engaged. Also do you know how often you should be in positions to help baby turn?

The baby can still turn whilst engaged, we were told the other day that for back to back babies the best way to move them is to either get on all fours (scrub the floors or something) or bounce on a birthing ball leaning forward, both of these should move the baby. Dont know how often you should do it though to keep it in that position!
