Headaches and Tylenol use

I had a brutal headache last night that I ended up going to bed with...however, there was no relief come morning.

I tried to hold off as long as I could but I resorted to taking one extra strength Tylenol so I could go to work.

I know this is suppose to be safe for baby but I am super stressed about it being so early into the pregnancy

I had to take tylenol a couple of times with my oldest. All was well! If you don't want to take tylenol you could try gatorade, or bananas. Sometimes they seemed to help me!

I also heard a small cup of coffee but the caffine worries me!

I drink a medium timmies every day lol. Medium has 200mg caffeine in it. So that's all I allow myself usually - although this morning out of habit I ordered a large. 40mg over. I try no to do that often! I don't want the caffeine headache though.

Oh really wow, thats great.
I am a worry wart, lol.
I think that is because I am an older and first time expectant mommy
I am so hoping all goes well for me!

I was a 3+ a day large coffee drinker prior to getting pregnant. So I still got mild caffeine headaches when I went down to 1 medium a day

Oh my, caffine headaches are the worse.
So I think you are doing very well weaning you habit, lol
