I know that you can get increased headaches in pregnancy (not sure why though) but the last 3 evenings/nights I have been getting them. I seem fine during the day... is there any reason for this? Or just one of those things? xx

I had this about a week ago, i seemed to get them when i went to bed.... seemed to have stopped now. Sorry not much help x

I wonder if you might have high blood pressure? x

OOh didn't realise headaches could be a sign of that! MW is keeping an eye on me for that but its been slightly high all the way through so they don't seem overly concerned. x

Oh and still have it this morning.... had some painkillers about an hour ago and still feel pretty crap

Ive been feeling the same, I had an appointment with the consultant yesterday and he prescribed me codeine so if I get too bad I will take one, if it wasnt safe then he wouldnt prescribe it and if there is no need to suffer then why should I, they are debilitating.

I have MW tomorrow anyway... but if don't feel any better this afternoon might give them a quick call x

I've constantly got a headache recently, but I think its because I can't see out of my contacts that well.

Didn't know it could be a sign of hbp!!

I know your vision can change in pregnancy and your eye balls can swell up slightly (strange but true) which would bring on headaches. Usually after pregnancy your eyesight returns to normal.

Might also be if you're a bit dehydrated, that's what used to cause my headaches pre-pregnancy

Thank you ladies, will also try to drink some more water x
