Headaches!!

Hi,

Is anyone having lots of headaches? I feel like I've constantly got one. I go to sleep with one and wake with one!!

I don't have my first midwife app until next Weds but I'm wondering if it's worth going to the doctors beforehand (if I am get in). I've not really been taking medication for the headaches as I'd be doing it constantly.

Anyone else like this?

I had lots towards end of first tri and then they got worse in second tri.

They have just eased off now. I did go see doc about it and she said it's normal, and she checked my blood pressure which was also fine. She said its just preg hormones.

To ease mine, hot showers/baths helped, a good nights sleep, and fennel tea.
I also read that lavender/peppermint oil can be useful along with lots of water.

also note, if any strong smells or foods trigger your headaches off.

Thank you very much for the advice! I'll give it all a go. I'm not sure how far I am (roughly 11 weeks I think) so it could last a while.
I remember having some headaches last time around but not this many.

Me. Terrible sickness has now been joined by terrible headaches. I'd second lavender as being helpful
