my midwife told me about this and they are automatically giving out the forms. but you only have 30 days to post before it out dates.

got my form when i saw mw at 25 weeks, sent it off just waiting to hear back.

i sent my form of about a week and half ago does anyone know how long it takes for the money to come through and if they let u know wen it does???

my mw gave it to me last wk, but cos it only starts in april all the feb/march mums will get it first so it be a while,but still worth it !!
