Health Visitor & baby clinic

Hiya

A health visitor came to see LO at home when she was 9 days old and did her hearing test etc. I am sure she said she would see us again in 2 weeks, that will be 3 weeks this friday and I have heard nothing.

I want to take LO to baby clinic a week today to be weighed but I am sure the health visitor said I have to wait til she discharges us but when I spoke to doctors receptionist they said as long as LO is registered there I can take her. So do I have to wait on the health visitor or can I take her next week to be weighed? The hv we see will be at that clinic.

Sometimes health visitors get muddled up lol. You can go and get little one weighed hun .. I am wednesday xx

For our baby clinic you just turn up and weigh baby and chat with the health visitor.

You dont have to check in or anything so you dont have to be registered with the doctors even.

I think most are the same.
