What healthy sweet things can i eat?
Dont wanna fill up on sugary crap
xx

Dried fruit? I know there is quite a lot of sugar in it but at least its natural right? You can get sundried stuff from Holland and Barratt that is less sugary x Ive got dried papaya :) yumm!

red grapes! they always satisfy my sweet tooth. they're yummy :) you could also try bananas, they're lovely baked in tinfoil with cinnamon.

i agree i go for red grapes or clementimes! works every time.

dried apricots, but don't eat too many or you will not come out of the bathroom...3 a day is good!

I got the yummiest watermelon and apple flavour jelly in a tub in Tesco yesterday - its low fat and only has 10 calories a pot! I am completely hooked on Jelly at the moment!!

Dried fruit is also good if you're a bit bunged up!!!

thank you for posting this thread...i never realised that i would like to know of healthier options until reading your post...i guess i subconsciously do wanna be healthy! :)

I'd be careful with fruits, theres a lot of sugar in fruit! Angel Delight is a good healthy sweet-tasting option, it's no added sugar.
