Anyone getting heart skips while breastfeeding? I have them during pregnancy and was hoping they would go away after birth of my son 1 wk ago!

Yeah I get them but I have always had heart arrhythmias which got really bad during pregnancy. Did you have them prior to your pregnancy? x

yah I have them for a couple years.. never as bad as being pregnant!!

I was told by my Dr that they tend to be more pronounced when laying on your left side, so if you're a lay down feeder like me that might be why? But I've also had a lot since having my bean

I developed an arrythmia several years ago with that exact same symptom. It beats, and skips a beat. It's called ventricular bigeminy. I had an echocardiogram and wore a halter monitor for 24 hrs..everything came back benign and I notice it's lessened the last couple of years.

Heart palpitations can also be a sign of various types of anaemia. I agree with Ozzieshunni - consult your doctor :)

Have you talked to your doctor? Honestly, I would be making an appointment instead of looking for people in similar situations.
