Heart rate wonky

Is this normal? Lately my resting heart rate will be 75to 80 and then jump to 110 just sitting around or lying down. It feels worrisome! It goes qway in 5to 10 min, but then comes back again later.

Hey , yeah it's quite normal . Just try not to panic and keep your breathing even and deep . If you feel light headed when it happens lie on your left side with your head higher than your heart

I have this after I eat. For some reason, digesting raises my heart rate by 10-20bpm for about a half hour! I never noticed it until pregnancy. It’s noticeable and worrisome but my midwife wasn’t worried.
