Heartburn for 4 straight days and EVERYTHINGS Turning blue! did you have this???

I posted this in another thread but I figured I might get a better response from the women currently going through this.
Ok so I asked a question about blue veins appearing on breasts, chest and areolas because I've was starting to notice that. Well, I thought to myself that it was probably in my head and I just didn't notice anything before. Well no I have blue veins running up my arms and on my hands that NEVER stood out before. I know that I have very small, rolling veins and they are often hidden. Now I've had bits of heartburn here and there for the past few days but today, man oh man, it was bad. ALL day long. I've taken tums upon tums and it will only satisfy it for a few hours, maybe. I feel like I emptied the milk jug today also. And today I've felt different waves of nausea (light and not so light) lapping over me and causing me to salivate like a hot akita in the sahara.
Are these early preggo symptoms or am I officially bonkers???
I took a test yesterday and thought, I saw the FAINTEST of faint lines, probably not there so I'll just say BFN, but I'm trying to hold out til the 4th and stop wasting so much money on tests.

i know the veins can def. be a sign... i have some but not alot so far.. but had nausea last week a couple days.

tested this morning bfn
but temps are still up so I'm gonna give it a couple more days and test again
boobs feel heavy and a starting to get sore on the sides
heartburn hasnt been so bad today, weird twinges in lower abdomen tho, maybe I'm not quite out yet

MY boobs are covered in blue veins but normally you can't see any! Also my aereolas have gone dark already and i'm only 12+2 xx

My areola went dark early on then lightened up slightly now their dark again
