I'm now 5 weeks PP (C-section with twins). I started getting heartburn bad enough to keep me up last night. I've never had heartburn when I wasn't pregnant like this. We DTD starting at 3 weeks PP, so it could be possible that I am pregnant again. I don't see the point in taking a test as it would likely still be positive from the twins (MC took over 6 weeks to drop back down). Has anyone else had heartburn as a PP symptom? I really need to know if I am pregnant as I need to be on blood thinners and really watch my BS if I am.
