heartburn!

Hello,

Any tips for heartburn remedies at home? I have been suffering most afternoons and evenings and can't seem to shift it but don't want to try medication.

Plain water and cheese seems to help me so far but I might get some gaviscon!

I've heard that pregnant women swear by gaviscon - think I'll be testing it myself soon as I'm starting to get a bit of it when I go to bed!

yer it is a god send and its even better cos its free.
all i done was ring up gp had phone consultation and he faxed a prescription over to my local pharmist.
worth a try ladies.
