Heartrate 127-135....

At my 8 week scan the heart rate was 160. Today I got my doppler in and it ran about 127 -135. Why such a large drop I wonder? Also does the low heartrate in the 120-130's usually mean it's a boy???

As baby grows, heart rate drops. And no - it's an old wives tale - discredited in nearly every thread I've ever read.

Baby's heart beat will slow as it grows and it will vary during periods of sleep and period of activity! I'm carrying a boy and his hb is on average 155- 160.

Maybe my baby was sleeping lol. I thought it was supposed to be higher when you are early so i was shocked it was only 130
