heartrate going up and down

Hi Everyone-
Whenever I would use my doppler I would get a heart rate of about 148 beats per minute. THe last couple times I used it it sounded much slower, like 130/minute, but then would increase again after a while. Is this anything to be concerned about? It just had never happened before. It would be different by like 4 beats/minute at times, but that could also have been my error. I had never heard it slower than like 142. The calculation on the doppler was saying 120/minute recently during a slower time, but that always seems off so I time it myself. Any thoughts? I see the dr friday and will ask, and just had 3d ultrasound today and baby was moving around, so I am hoping everything is ok.

im sure everything is fine. I get the same thing. Sometimes goes down to 120 but i wonder if that is not from the doppler starting to lose the heartbeat cuz all i have to do is move it around a little more and the heartrate goes right back up. Also if baby is moving alot or not will cause it to differ.

Whilst at my last scan, HB was 158 and then 2 minutes later dropped to 143 and then to 136....then back ot 153. I was told that this is perfectly normal and nothing to be concerned about at all!
