newest fertility fad...watching HR to predict conception earlier than HPT would...

Got Fitbit recently ...let’s see what happens lol

Will be 3dpo tomm

My normal is low 60s even high 50s specifically 63 it seems...and was 64 last few days

Anyone else wanna track ?

Steady at 63 for what it predicts but I don’t wear Fitbit at night so I’m wondering how accurate it is...today though it’s been a lot lower as I’ve been actively checking as I’m relaxed through day...in low 60s but usually is 70s or so few days before...so who knows

I thought resting was when you woke up..but I could be wrong? Maybe I've been doing it wrong!

Fitbit says the average your actual passed out asleep rate and then your awake but relaxed no activity daytime rate i think

It was 65 last night but i woke up sick so that’s prolly why

Pretty sure it’s not happening this month

Just wanted to chime in that I did this too the month I conceived, my resting heart rate dipped for two days that got me discouraged though. But afterwards, it constantly increased.. So this definitely is a good indication I would say. Good luck ladies!!

Thanks i ended up going to Drs coz woke up
Sick feeling like flu but it’s only viral apparently...thinking HR increase just from fighting the sickness ... i like experimenting with hpts so i did a walmart cheapie with blood - clot and got this...i got this too before my daughter at about same 7dpo too...i know it’s not reliable but i checked past non preggie cycles and no line on those experiments so who knows...I’ve got 2 more cheapies and 2FRERs so will see

Only thing I’m holding out hope for is that both daughters I got bfp at 11dpo with twin boys it was 8-9dpo

Got one more test for tomm AM then I’ll just wait for Af if it’s bfn and HR down again tomm
