Heating Pads

I'm using a one of those rice heating pads. I was wondering if anyone knows if it's ok to use while TTC. AF arrived this morning and I've never had cramps like this before. The heat really helps, but if it isn't ok for TTC I won't use. Any tips will be appreciated!

That's kinda what I was thinking, but I want to be careful. I plan on double checking with Dr. office tomorrow. I know my husband can't use the heat because it kills sperm. Wanted to be sure it wouldn't damage my eggs.

You'd have to raise your core temperature a fair bit to affect your egg production etc. Eggs are at body temperature & probably get warmer through exercise etc. I'd say it's fine as long as you're not hot to the point it's uncomfortable and burning.
