Heatwave????.........Are you kidding me

ITS CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Is anyone else not happy about the 'heatwave' we're supposed to be having?
Now I love summer but I had come to terms with it ending & the colder days coming, even buying a new winter coat & getting excited about christmas & now they are telling me I cant wear my coat & that I have to go back to sandals & vest tops???

You had your chance Summer let Winter have its turn x

Well I'm not happy for two reasons;

Firstly apparently no such heat wave up in the North
Second, I'm bloody boiling hot anyway and it's only 12 degrees what am I going to do if it does hit 20!

And yes I think everyone had accepted autumn is here.

It's pretty nice here in the North West!
My sister (a fellow Christmas fanatic) had a full-on rant to me last night because she's outraged that summer would DARE continue into the Christmas build-up

I'm being patient, even though I've already started buying woolies, because I know exactly what's going to happen. Once the heatwave goes it'll go freezing and everyone will realise summer is offically over and start talking about Christmas

urghhh i hate the heat! i normally love september/october for the cold coming for christmas anyway, but this year, the summer can do one as far as i'm concerned

i did read it's only supposed to last this week and next week should return to autumn weather! i do hope

Im kind of half and half, I'll be happy as long as it goes away next week. I packed away all the summer clothes so I have to unpack them :-/ But it does mean I can take the kids on a day out tomorrow

Argh hating it! I was liking the colder nights so I could snuggle in my dressing gown and get excited about xmas.. also being 36 weeks pregnant and heat is not a good combination. It's actually very warm here today! I guess it is saving us money on the oil we had delivered last week though for heating.. so more money for xmas shopping
