Heavy feeling in uterus

So I went for a jog earlier and then took a nap. When I woke up I had to pee so bad. I went to the broom and when I was peeing my uterus felt crazy heavy like uncomfortable weird feeling while I was emptying my bladder. ...after I felt a bit crampy! Almost like after I have sex. ...what's going on does anyone else have this? ??

Most of the time I feel like I'm walking around with a grapefruit in my pelvis. Heaviness while peeing might actually be your bladder contracting. At least with me, if I really have to go while pregnant (even this early) the whole area feels heavy.
