Heavy feeling

This is so crazy for me to ask but I've got this heavy kinda crampy feeling where my uterus is. I went through a chemical pregnancy on the 16th of this month and I'm really lookin forward to trying again. I'm new to the whole idea of keeping track of ovulation days and such. According to a ovulation cal I looked at online, my best days are the 26th,27th and 28th. Is this heavy feeling due to ovulation or something else? Just wondered if anybody else has had that heavy feeling.

I get that heavy feeling after I ovulate, dull pains in the hips and groin area too, everyone is so different though, its hard to tell whats going on!
