Hello and agnus castus/vitex question

Hi all! Excited to be back here as we are ttc #2 next cycle

Typically though, my usually erratic cycles seemed to have been regulated to 28-30 days since DDs arrival but the last few cycles are all over the place again - 34 days, 41 days, now on cd 22 and no sign of O (I have begun charting this cycle in prep).

I sorted this out with Agnus Castus last time so considering using that again. My bottle from last time is just about in date but I can't remember the dosage, any ideas?

Also any other tips for preparing would be fab, feel a bit rusty haha! I am on prepreg vits and drink grapefruit juice daily anyway.

I think I recall reading that you take 800mg daily for Vitex? But I can't remember where I read that.

I am just starting the Vitex as well as B Complex regimen myself. Ive done a lot of research since I just discovered after using cbfm that my dumb luteal phase is like 10 days and I need to lengthen it big time!!
So I am taking Vitex 1000mg daily and B complex 100mg daily.
