Hello im a newbie :)

Hello girls,

I have 4 children already DD1 (8 YEARS) DD2 (7YEARS) DS (4YEARS) AND DD3 (2YEARS)

I stopped taking the cerezette pill last wednesday and i think my body is all over the place i have had some strange "settling" feelings.

Wed-stopped the pill

Sat-dull abdomin cramps (thought it was period pains)

Sun-started to think i have a uti but tested and nothing strange in urin sample abdomin still tender

Mon-lots of trapped wind whick was giving me gastric pains still had mild abdomin tenderness

Tues-felt a little sickly in the afternoon and still mild abdomin cramps

Today-up to now (since i stopped the pill) i have had NO cm at all!! this morning on wiping was thick mucus which was clear egg white consistancy (sorry tmi)

We bd on thurs and fri and sat.

Does it sound like a reaction from coming off the pill or does it sound like im coming down with something. Any help would be fab

It's hard to tell. I've never taken the pill before but I know that it can really screw up your cycles. Have u thought about temping it's a great tool to find out what is going on with your body and cycle.

I have thought about it and i think i will do it after a couple of months if i dont get a bfp. I want to try and keep it as relaxed as poss as we tried for 6 months with my last and then as soon as i decided for a month off we got our bfp lol

I am a great fan of the relaxed approach

I had (and am still having) some withdrawal symptoms after stopping the pill in June. My cycle is starting to regulate but last month it was 42 days. This month 30 days, so we're getting better, but it definitely has my body quite screwed up as my hormones are waking up and trying to take control now that the artificial ones aren't there anymore. My first month and a half off the pill I was convinced I was pregnant half a dozen times because of symptoms I had never had before. Some people bounce right back, some don't. Here's hoping you get on track sooner rather than later.
