Hi everyone!!
Im new to this site, I was looking up information about Cholestasis of Pregnancy and found this website I registered and hope to find good helpful information.
Im married and mommy of one handsome boy, not planning on conceiving anytime soon but I just like to read about pregnancy things and get better educated for next time I get pregnant the first time I was really scared when diagnosed with Cholestasis I did not know what it was or the risks.
I went to a regular check-up and the Doc told me I had Cholestasis and used her medical language to "explain it" and I was so confused I didnt understand anything she said the only thing I understood was high risk of stillbirth and you have to be induced today go straight to the hospital, and I was like OK I was here for a check-up now im being induced????
at hospital a nurse kind of explained what Cholestasis was but I really understood until I researched in internet and hear other moms stories. I want to know more about this disease since I do plan on more pregnancies in the future and their is a 90% chance I might get Cholestasis again and would love to be better prepared and with a plan in hand.

There is a section on here for gestational complications .. maybe you could try posting in that section for some help or maybe someone else with it can give you some advice
